Who publishes the Qualiopi Kit

Kit Qualiopi is a product of Tech-Bharat, an agency founded by Clément Lacaille and specialised in AI agents and document automation. We build digital products for independents and small structures — here, for founders of French training organisations preparing their Qualiopi certification without starting from a blank page.

How the kit is built

Every sheet in the kit starts from the only two sources that matter: the French National Quality Framework (RNQ), version V9, and the official reading guide published by the French Ministry of Labour. For each of the 32 indicators, we produce three things:

• the obligation restated in plain language — what the indicator actually requires, without paraphrasing the framework;
• a ready-to-customise model procedure, calibrated for a small structure (auditors assess proportionality, not sophistication);
• an evidence table: the documents auditors actually accept, and the mistakes that trigger the most frequent non-conformities.

This content is checked against real audit feedback — initial and surveillance audit reports, exchanges with certified organisations — and updated whenever the reading guide evolves. The 32 indicator pages on this site and the blog publish part of that work for free: it is our best proof of expertise, and you can read it before buying anything.

What we are not

Qualiopi is a certification mark owned by the French State. This site is an independent preparation service: we are neither a certification body nor affiliated with the State, and buying the kit does not guarantee certification — no document can. What the kit guarantees is that you forget nothing and reinvent nothing that already exists.
