Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the digital products offered on this site: the Complete Qualiopi Kit (€197 incl. VAT), the ebook “Créer son organisme de formation en 30 jours” (€47 incl. VAT) and the Complete bundle (€227 incl. VAT). All products are delivered in French. Any order implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online through Stripe (bank card). The order is firm upon payment confirmation.

3. Delivery

The products are digital files available for immediate download after payment, from the confirmation page and/or by email. In case of difficulty, write to admin@tech-bharat.com: a link will be sent back within 24 business hours.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose performance began with the consumer's express prior consent and waiver of the withdrawal right. By confirming the order and accessing the download, you consent to immediate performance and waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

5. 14-day money-back commercial guarantee

Independently of the above, we offer a commercial guarantee: if the product does not suit you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without justification, by writing to admin@tech-bharat.com. Refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

6. Licence

The products are licensed for the internal use of a single training organisation. Reselling, sharing or publishing the files, modified or not, is prohibited.

7. Liability

The documents provided are preparation templates to adapt to your situation. They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee Qualiopi certification, which is solely the certification body's decision.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
